Course 110 - Advanced Mediation Training

  • Gain self awareness of personal style.
  • Differentiate between collaborative/facilitative, interest-based  (CFI) and evaluation/directive positions-based mediator
    practices.
  • Identify party behaviors and outcomes that will  determines how successful CFI techniques.
  • Use Triple Loop Learning Model to create change.
  • Participate in interactive role plays and scenarios relevant to advanced mediation practices.
