- Define Restorative Justice.
- Distinguish between the traditional legal process and restorative justice philosophies.
- Examine the benefits of restorative justice for individuals and the community-at-large.
- Learn restorative justice practices.
- Identify critical indicators for determining appropriateness for conferencing and how to manage process.
- Practice strategies and interventions to support appreciation and accountability.
- Identify common ethical dilemmas and approaches.
- Participate in interactive role plays and scenarios relevant to restorative justice situations.
