



Monica Lichtenberger, President
Monica Lichtenberger, Phoenix Strategies, Inc. President, holds a Masters in
Management and the following certifications: national Association of Conflict
Resolution (ACR) Advanced workplace practitioner, Transformative Mediator™,
Conflict Dynamic Profileâ, Colorado State Ombudsman. Monica is a coach,
trainer, conciliator and conflict management system designer. Monica has
mediated civil and community cases, originating within: the Federal Occupational
Health, Transportation and Security Administration, Bureau of Land
Management, Better Business Bureau, United States Postal Service, Fourth
Judicial and Eighteenth Judicial Districts, Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission, School District 11, Neighborhood Justice Center, Work-out
Limited Inc., and Face–To-Face Community Alternatives. Monica’s dispute
resolution training includes: mediation, facilitation, faith-based conciliation and
arbitration, with specialized training in coaching, conflict management assessment
tools, workplace, divorce, eldercare, business and consumer, high-risk victim
offender dialogue and restorative justice. Monica has provided training and
services in negotiation, strategic planning, communication, team building,
restorative justice, coaching, eldercare, divorce, workplace and basic and
advanced mediation.
Bridgitt Mitchell, Colleague
She has over 15 years of experience Education and Management. She has served
in roles that include assistant director for a center of multicultural leadership,
director of an intergenerational program, tenured faculty member of early
childhood education, and Assistant to the Secretary of the Kansas Department of
Health and Environment. Currently, she is an independent consultant, mediator,
and speaker.
She holds a B.A. degree in African and African American Studies, and a M.A. in
Human Development and Family Life from the University of Kansas.
